Captain
Jack Rogers is a licensed master mariner who has been
fishing the waters of Cape Cod for forty years. As the son
of a commander in the United States Coast Guard, Captain
Jack has been on the waters around the Cape since the day
he was born. He spent many hours with his grandfather,
father, and mother clamming, scalloping, and fishing on
Pleasant Bay.
As he grew his fishing education took him outside the bay
to the North Atlantic were he learned to fish for cod,
striped bass, bluefish and giant bluefin tuna.
He has fished from the tip of the Florida keys to the Gulf
of Maine and beyond.
Captain Jack's experiences have led him to Albemarle
Boats in Edenton, North Carolina
in search of the ultimate custom charter boat. In 2005,
Captain Jack took delivery of the Merlin,
a state of the art custom 41 foot Albemarle Convertible sportfishing boat.
Over the years Captain Jack has learned what it takes to
